Now, I know you didn’t ask for this advice, but do y’all wanna know the key to being the best version of yourself? Get enough sleep... 💤 I promise you’ll be less cranky & irritable 🙌🏼 Since putting more focus on myself this year, I’ve made lots of discoveries.. and the most recent one I’ve made is that the latest I can go to sleep without regretting it the next day is 12:30AM. I’ve struggled with setting a bedtime for myself (because HELLO moms basically live off no sleep and also I’m a night owl) but I’m being adamant about it with myself and feeling better about life. Looking at little realizations like this makes me feel like I’m getting better at mastering MYSELF 🙌🏼 and if you ask me, it sorta feels like progress. Go me. Goodnight 🌙 .
