Okay y’all, let’s get physical 💪🏼 it’s no secret that I’ve been reeeally into myself lately, and by that I mean of course into making sure I’m in tip-top shape! 🙌🏼 A lot of you have been asking about what I do for workout... and the truth is, I do A LOT. Maybe the most? 😂 A N Y W A Y S here are a few ways I try to stay fit:
• my trainer michellelfitness7 💪🏽 I started with her back in January 2017, and she has made me realize the value of a taking the time to focus on myself and what my body can really do when I TRY! She’s helped me shape it into what it is now by pushing me & even giving me advice on what NOT to eat and what workouts target the muscles etc. Having her around has made me more aware FOR SURE. Aaaaand she’s always there when I need to vent 😂
• cardio 🏃🏽‍♀️ finding new ways to get this in is always a joy in my life honestly. I used to be a slave for an outdoor run, & now I’m a slave for risenationdallas ♥️ (which is a versa climber) what I love most about it is that it’s fast (30 min) and the music & vibe is just wonderful! Hiiiiighly recommend if you’re up for running in the heat haha 😂 • accountability 🤝 working out alone & staying motivated is hard sometimes, but when you have someone there along side you trying to finish it up with you, it makes it that much easier! So schedule workouts w/ friends and I promise it will feel more like a hangout than a workout! 😉 .
