This DIY built-ins project gave me a run for my money, but man, did I learn a TON! There were a lot of firsts in this project: my first time building inset doors with reeded glass (that was challenging), first time routing a beautiful profile on butcher block (SO worth the extra effort!), first time NOT building everything from scratch (genius, especially with the current lumber prices!)… But I can’t believe how much extra storage is packed into this little space. What do you think??? 🥰

I couldn’t have done this project without The Home Depot and their fabulous mobile app. 🧡 I start off by browsing and saving items to a list (organized by project), which allows me to plan and budget everything. Then I can locate products, purchase straight from the app, and utilize their
super convenient curbside pickup service.

ALSO! Did you know The Home Depot mobile app has a new plant browsing feature?! 🤯 It allows you to see which Vigoro products are available at your local store. Swipe to see how I turned
the window bench into my own personal jungle. I’m able to build bigger, bolder, better indoor gardens with Vigoro, which makes me one happy plant mama!🪴

Head to JenWoodhouse.com for all the details. There is a lot of information to impart here, so I’m working on separate blog post tutorials for each component (cabinets, bookcases, bench, etc.) so you can build something like this in your own space. In the meantime, drop your
questions in the comment section and I’ll do my best to cover them in the posts.
