Ingredients:
2 oz Pendleton Whisky (Try it with Pendleton 1910!)
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Lots of fresh mint

Steps:
1. Add all liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and mix well 
2. Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass or julep mug
3. Garnish with fresh mint
4. Let’er Buck!
