Gavin Newsom and the Legislature approved $14.3 BILLION A YEAR in new taxes and fees. 67 TAX AND FEE INCREASES! Taxes on digital software. Taxes on health plans. Cuts to business tax credits. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Yesterday, I brought $3 gas to Pomona. Hundreds of cars lined up, and I heard story after story from Californians struggling to make ends meet. People desperately need relief. I’ve spent this campaign traveling across California, meeting people, listening to their concerns, and explaining my plans to lower the cost of living. I’ve brought $3 gas to Crenshaw, Santa Barbara, and Pomona. My goal as governor is to make $3 gas a reality statewide. I’ve been meeting with the media, visiting communities, and even participating in debates without an opponent.
