Every day, we’re closing the gap.  Latest polls have us down by only 8%.  The momentum is REAL. And while we’re gaining ground, my opponent Xavier Becerra is literally running away. Running from the press. Running from a debate. Running from his own record. He has no real plan. No backbone. And some of the ideas he HAS presented are flat-out ridiculous. Then look at the political machine surrounding him. His former chief of staff was caught up in a federal criminal case alongside Gavin Newsom’s former chief of staff. This is a MESS. California cannot afford four more years of the same machine, the same excuses, and the same failures. I’m not a career politician. I’m a pissed-off citizen of California, just like you. I’m tired of waking up every day to another story about billions wasted, homelessness getting worse despite billions being spent, ridiculous regulations, bloated bureaucracy, and trains going nowhere. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I’m running because I LOVE California—and I’m sick and tired of watching career politicians run this incredible state into the ground.
