¿Como te caería un taquito con carne suavecita y chicharrón encima?  Sigo en el proceso de perfeccionar mi técnica para el codillo de cerdo inspirado en mi último viaje a Alemania donde probé el Schweinshaxe.  Mi propósito es lograr el chicharrón perfecto por afuera y carne jugosa y perfectamente condimentada por dentro con los sabores adaptados al paladar Mexicano, creo que estoy cerca. #schweinshaxe #chicharron #munchieslab
