My morning pump session was approximately 16oz. This is NOT the norm. With my first, I struggled to get 4oz. Breastfeeding can be an isolating time & adding the stress of feeling like you’re not producing enough is even tougher. Hang in there, Mama. Do what you feel is best for you & your little one💜
