2 medium washed, peeled & cut into large chunk Yukon Gold potatoes 
1/2c heavy cream 
2tbsp butter
1tsp Truffle Powder Seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste

-Make sure the knob is lifted & microwave potatoes for 10 minutes, until fork tender
-Add cream, butter, seasoning & mash with potato masher or fork until smooth
