## Caption

My Granny was the queen of taking something from the prepared foods or even the frozen macaroni & cheese & doing what she always called “doctoring up”. What does that mean? Adding more seasonings, spices or even ingredients to make it taste more homemade & authentic to what she would serve us.  So when I see items like these at #TraderJoes , I instantly think about doctoring them up.
