-1 bag of frozen roasted corn from #TraderJoes + 2tbsp of water in the Anyday dish for 7 minutes 
-1 tablespoon of butter
-squeeze of your favorite mayonnaise 
-Everything But the Elote & Chile Lime Seasoning from TJ to taste
-Garlic powder optional
-fresh lime juice
-fresh chopped cilantro 
-crumble cotija cheese
