I took a portion of that big slab of pork belly from Costco & put the new Tamarind Sauce from #TraderJoes to use. No exact recipe, just some notes. What’s your favorite way to use #Tamarind sauce? #BGITJ 💜

Notes:
-Score pork belly skin
-Salt & Pepper 
-2 tbsp tamarind sauce
-1 tbsp honey
-2 tbsp gochujang 
- 350°F for 25 minutes 
-425°F for 15 minutes
-Broiler or torch the skin 
-Pineapple, garlic, jalapeño & cilantro with some Chile Lime seasoning 
-Pickled red onions
