#VEGAN SPINACH & CHIVE RAVIOLI.

Ya girl made pasta again & this time, with no eggs! Instead, I used #aquafaba [chickpea liquid]! Also used #TraderJoes Vegan Butter, Cream Cheese & Parmesan Cheese. I have some notes for the next time, but for now, I’m patting myself on the back for the attempt. The flavor is good. The creamy level is just right! I’m a Vegan chef now, alright.
