## Caption

Ok #BGITJ , we’re takin #GrillSZN to a new level with this fancy Mini Brie Caprese Dip with some summertime #TraderJoes favorites! You ready?💜

Here’s what you’ll need:
2 bags Mini Brie bites from TJ’s halved
2c halved sangria tomatoes
3/4 c diced white onion
4 minced garlic cloves
Juice from half a lemon
Olive oil
Kosher Salt
TJ’s Balsamic Glaze
Fresh basil 
1 bag of TJ French baguettes 
Butter

What to do:
1. In a mixing bowl combine tomatoes, onion, garlic & lemon juice. 
2. Drizzle with olive oil & pinch of salt.
3. Mix & set aside
4. Slice baguettes & butter on both sides & place on grill pan [or stovetop] until browned 
5. In a cast iron pan, arrange halved Brie slices & cover with tomato mixture.
6. Place on grill until melted, approximately 8-10 minutes depending on temperature of the grill
7. Remove from grill & drzzle with balsamic glaze & top with fresh basil.
8. Dip toasted bread & Bone Apple Tea
