## Caption

We decided in #KitchenLuxury Part 1: Seasonings & Spices, that #saffron is the epitome of luxury at sometimes $500/oz😳. Luckily, #TraderJoes has us covered for the low-low at $5.99. 

In the stories, I made a Spanish Saffron & Sweet Corn 🌽 Risotto. I find with luxury ingredients, it’s best to keep your flavors simple & straightforward. This is a dish that will not disappoint. Who wants a plate?!🍴
