I know all the plant based/Vegan🌱🌿 folks were so excited to see @impossible_foods at #TraderJoes & so was I! As someone who doesn’t eat ground beef, I’m always down to try alternatives! I immediately thought back to a childhood dish my mom made ALL THE TIME...Stuffed Peppers. She always used green peppers & kept them whole, but I decided to make my own version &
make it a casserole. The razzle dazzle you ask✨? Adding Shishito peppers to the mix! It’s DELICIOUS!! Everyone has their own version of this recipe, but I kept it simple with onion, garlic, peppers, fresh thyme, rice, crushed tomatoes & the Vegan Chickenless seasoning! Mom reminded me [several times😉] to boil the peppers before, so I felt it necessary to remind y’all! What do you love to make with your Impossible burger?
