So here’s the deal. We know not everyone is happy with the statement made by @traderjoes & we understand that. However, we believe it’s a start. So for this #MommyMonday , we’re emphasizing on the last paragraph of the TJ statement. They’re dedicated to “doing the work, every single day...” & “remain committed to listening, caring, acting and continuously improving”. As BGITJ, we intend to hold them, to that & expect you to do the same. It’s not the end, but it’s a start.
We encourage respectful, kind & honest dialogue. Anything other than that, will not be accepted or tolerated. We understand & appreciate your passion, but won’t tolerate disrespect to us as creators or anyone here. This is a community of love & good vibes. We intend to keep it that way & hope you will respect that. 💜🧡
