After morning worship I headed to the nail salon got me mani/pedi, then took off to Starbucks for a coffee Frappuccino and it was so bomb! 

Even if it was only for 3 hours. It was 3 hours where it was alll about me. No kids, no husband, just sun and me, myself, and I. 

You may not be able to give yourself 3 hours to selfcare but when you find the time remember mama to enjoy every single second.
