🎉 Today’s my birthday! 

💝 Today I am more grateful than ever for my health and fitness, and for actually feeling stronger today in my 40s than I did in my 20s!

🏃‍♀️ Back in my 20s I was doing IronMan triathlons, but no weight training and not the best eating habits. I really think that weights and HIIT workouts have propelled me to a level of fitness I never thought I could reach.
