Whenever my family gets together during the summer, we always make spring rolls. They are light, delicious, and perfect for making memories. This Tea Shop Drop cocktail is a wonderful addition to these Vietnamese spring rolls! 

The roasted oolong tea paired with the crisp lemon juice and floral Kikori Whisky makes this combination light and refreshing for a hot summer’s day. Kikori Whiskey is made from 100% rice grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil that is barrel aged for at least three years in Kumamoto, Japan. 🍹Tea Shop Drop Recipe🍹 

* 1.5 oz Kikori Rice Whiskey * .75 oz Lemon Juice 
* .75 oz Simple Syrup 
* 3 oz strongly brewed Oolong tea Strongly Brewed Oolong Tea: Brew the oolong tea at 2x the strength.
