The gas industry is pushing the US & Europe into contracts that would 🔥roast🔥 the planet. 

This includes a 1767% increase in liquefied gas (LNG) exports from the US to the EU & UK since 2018 🤯 This should be a crime!

France was the #1 importer of US gas in 2022 even though they’ve made commitments to phase out fossil fuels. 
 
Further, according to a new greenpeace_france report, a floating LNG terminal in the port of Le Havre will be used to regasify up to 5 BILLION cubic meters (bcm) of gas per year to inject it into the French national network! 🤯

European governments and the U.S. must take swift measures to stop approving new gas projects and initiate the global phase-out of fossil fuels necessary for a livable future.
