Kyshawn George continues to grow into his game, this kid is going to be a star.

The 22-year-old added muscle over the summer, which has helped his drives and defensive presence. What stood out last year in flashes is now looking more consistent as he moves into his third season with the Wizards.

His preseason line sits around 15 points, a few rebounds and assists, with high shooting percentages across the board—65% from the field and over 60% from three. The free-throw shooting is sharp too, and he is active getting steals and blocks. Efficiency like that in limited minutes points to steady progress.

With Trae Young running the offense, Anthony Davis anchoring the paint, and AJ Dybantsa adding size and skill on the wing, George has room to keep developing. He can focus on spacing the floor, cutting, and defending without needing to do everything himself. The pieces around him should help him take the next steps.
