Great convenience programs are built by people who understand both the design work and the operational decisions behind it.

Ben Liddic brings that perspective to his role as Director of Operations - Convenience at Core States Group.

With more than 20 years of experience in architecture, development, and program leadership, Ben has led national, multi-site programs from early planning and prototype development through permitting, construction, and store completion. His experience includes new-market evaluations, site selection, car wash rollouts, fueling centers, a logistics center, and campus improvements.

“Ben brings a unique blend of architecture expertise, operational leadership, and direct experience within the convenience industry,” said Brent Smith, Vice President - A&E. “He understands the many business decisions that shape successful programs and knows how to bring teams together around consistent, scalable delivery. His leadership will help strengthen our client relationships and continue advancing our Convenience market.”

In his role, Ben will help lead Core States Group’s Convenience market while strengthening client relationships. He will focus on scalable processes, practical design delivery, and the consistency and speed to market required for complex programs.
