Let's be real: postpartum recovery is a wild ride lol. It completely shifts who you are as a person and forget about the fact that you have a whole human to care for now lol but I digress. I was so blessed to have a village that really helped me every step of the way and I’m so passionate about paying it forward to other families. So, if you’re a mama-to-be or looking to help a girl friend or family member out, this is my must-have postpartum starter kit for most mamas all available on Walmart (most because not every mama has the same journey).

It comes with everything you need to take care of yourself down there, from disposable underwear to perineal cooling pads to a peri bottle.
