Happy Saturday babes!! Let’s chat! Self care 💆🏽‍♀️ is huge now but what steps do you take to create a better lifestyle for yourself overall? -

I am so excited to partner with @betternessbox because they have taken the idea of just scheduling self-care in your daily life and turned it into implementing it naturally into your lifestyle. The #betternessbox is more than products, it's intended to give you an experience from beauty 💅🏽to wellness💆🏽‍♀️ to fitness🏃🏽‍♀️ for an overall better lifestyle. My favorite parts of the box was the affirmation cards and the card game but you can receive anything from healthy snacks and kitchen tools to skincare. Check it out! .
