Today we’ve got a 12-minute #tuesdaytoning bodyweight tabata, meaning no excuses!

Format: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest x4 per exercise (finish each exercise before moving to the next)
1️⃣ Lateral lunge + bicycle R
2️⃣ Wide squat + heel raise
3️⃣ Lateral Lunge + bicycle L
