HISTORY FOR INDIAN BASKETBALL! 🇮🇳🏆

Akanksha Singh Basketball (ASB) just became the FIRST INDIAN TEAM in tournament history to win the 18&U 5v5 at the Asia Pacific Cup!

ASB went UNDEFEATED throughout the tournament, winning all three pool-stage games before dominating the knockout rounds with 20+ point victories in both the quarterfinals and semifinals.

In the championship game, ASB took down defending champions Titans of Singapore, 54-47, to secure the historic gold medal!

India U16 forward Shekhar Rathee and Irfan N led the scoring for the eight-player squad. The team was coached by Puneeth Chandra.
