🧊 Excited to announce that I’ll be stepping in as the President of coldplunge_studios . 

Cold Plunge Studios is a Contrast Therapy Studio. A monthly membership gets members access to unlimited sauna and ice bath sessions. 

For the last 18 months, I’ve been documenting the benefits of Cold Exposure Therapy on TikTok. The series has been viewed over 50,000,000 times. 

Now a little about the plan with CPS:

• Store 1 opened 3 weeks ago
• We’ll launch our own ice bath line
• Beginning franchising in 3 months
• We’ll open locations 2-3 within 12 months

Cold Water Therapy is the earliest documented form of therapy. And no one has successfully taken it to scale. 

I’m super excited to combine passion with purpose and make the benefits of Cold Exposure Therapy available to the masses. 

Super excited to join devinallenjohnson , codyharvey_ and kmap_family on this venture. Grateful to be joining such an incredible team of partners. 

Grateful for these phenomenal partners and the many investors and partners we have on the team. Beyond excited for this! 

With this change, we’ll be relocating to Indianapolis, IN at the end of August.
