Anytime you push yourself outside of your comfort zone you're going to learn something, even if it's really small.

When we push ourselves outside of our comfort zones, we build confidence and trust in ourselves. Our brains are not wired to accept change. Our brains hold onto feelings of fear and doubts about ourselves and our abilities. If something scares us, our brain urges us to stay
back and not take the risk. But if we did ve car
more of what scares us, we can slowly change our brain. We can form new beliefs about ourselves and new perspectives on our inner and outer worlds.

Discomfort is the key to growth,
learning and unlocking our greatest potential. Our own mind is all that holds us back
