As a CIP Program Manager, you'll play a crucial role in advancing projects through every phase of the Capital Improvement Plan process. From project scope establishment to procurement, management, design, construction, and warranty phases, you'll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with top-notch quality.

📋 Job Responsibilities:

Manage, coordinate, and direct development, redevelopment, and capital improvement projects.
Organize, monitor, and coordinate activities with various departments, agencies, contractors, and design professionals.
Prepare the city's 5-year CIP plan and collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scope and objectives.
Facilitate project advancement, deliver status reports, and maintain project records.
Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and regulations while overseeing construction progress and quality and more.

📚 Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
Five (5) years of full-time professional-level experience in managing capital/infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of city procedures, regulations, contract administration, and project management.
