My version of a summer burrata salad! Take advantage when you grill and make some grilled vegetables and fruits to use during the week! In my salad there is grilled 🍑🍑🍑, grilled 🍈🍈🍈, burrata cheese, prosciutto, fresh basil, flaky salt, Olive oil and a good balsamic vinegar. Little tip brush your fruits with oil befire grilling. So good and it’s the perfect meal for me. Happy Wednesday😍
