Oftentimes in life, #God uses our most #stressful and #traumatic experiences as #Catalysts for our personal, #Emotional and #Spiritual #Growth.

On many occasions, #God uses sudden upheavals at #Work (#demotions or #layoffs that were not anticipated) as a means of #Teaching us to depend on Him more or to set us up for a #Job or #CareerChange, where we have:

- improved #WorkLifeBalance.
- greater #JobSatisfaction.
- more #Autonomy (i.e. involved in #StrategicPlanning for the organization, increased #LocusOfControl).
- a much #ShorterCommute.
- better total #CompensationPackage and/or #Income.

While working #Remotely, during a period when the rapid spread of SARS-CoV-2 kept most employees away from their offices, Melissa received a work #Email, inviting her to join a@Zoommeeting.

She said to herself, "They're not going to lay me off during the #pandemic."

Just in case, she removed the towel from her freshly washed hair, so that she would be ready to turn on her #Laptop's #WebCam. "They're going to look at me if they intend to let me go."
