I just installed it on my apple #iPad and #iPhone.

Here’s why:

It makes sense. I dislike adverts, especially on mobile devices but I loved their #iPhone infomercial that:
- gave side by side comparisons of #BodyWeight exercises versus using weights.
- showed which #Muscles were being stressed and strengthened during each exercise.

Exercising at home, during the #covid19 era, is safer than working out at the ymca, which is why I sadly suspended then cancelled my 25-year plus ymcagta membership.

The human body was designed for movement. The #FitCoach app will help you to achieve your personal #PhysicalFitness goals.

I have not yet opened the app. It remains to be seen how much #Exercise information they are giving away.

Be sure to warm up properly, before exercising, including a few minutes of low intensity #Aerobic activity to:
- increase your
. heart rate
. oxygen level in your blood
. blood flow to the working muscles
- warm up your muscles

… then stretch all muscles to be exercised GENTLY before getting into the heart of your #WorkOut.

#WarmDown afterward, including #STRETCHING all #Muscles that you used.
