✅ This place has been on my West Virginia bucket list for years!!! So happy I finally got to see it with my own eyes!

🥾 Hike Info 
- 2.3 miles out and back hike 
- 465 feet in elevation gain
- RVA Trail Rating: EASY; uphill climb from the parking lot & then levels out
- 360 degree views from the tower
- you can go inside, learn about all the birds spotted from here, bird migration, history of this observation tower, sign the log book, & grab a pair of binoculars to spot your own raptor! 

🦅 Birds spotted from here: bald eagles, peregrine falcon, osprey, coopers hawk, golden eagle, red tailed hawk, american kestrel, turkey vultures, northern harrier…

🐶 dog friendly trail 
💰 no fee, free entry
☀️great location to catch a sunrise or sunset
