Bolivia’s Quantum wants to bring electric vehicles to the Latin American masses – people for whom a $45,000 Tesla is out of reach. “Every country, rich or poor, has to move to electric mobility in the coming years,” said José Carlos Márquez, cofounder of Quantum.⁠
