Join our FREE five-week program, Oct. 19–Nov. 20, with a goal of losing 10 lbs and building motivation and consistency. 💪

Get one-on-one support, personalized goals, and weekly check-ins with a trainer to help you stay on track!

Participants must:
✅ Attend one 45-minute info session
✅ Meet weekly with a trainer
✅ Complete a weekly tracker sheet
✅ Participate in weekly weigh-ins

Choose ONE info session:
- Monday, Oct. 12 at 3 p.m.
- Tuesday, Oct. 13 at 1 p.m.
- Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 6 p.m.
- Thursday, Oct. 15 at noon
