I watched a movie so good that my coworkers created an entire Slack channel just to talk about it. 😂

If you haven't seen You Can See Everything yet, PLEASE go watch it.

I went in knowing almost nothing about Nathan Fielder or Elizabeth Holmes, and I genuinely think it might be one of the best movies I've ever seen.

But beyond the film itself, I can't stop thinking about the experience of seeing it in theaters. For three hours, we were all completely immersed. Phones away. No distractions. Just a room full of strangers laughing, gasping, cringing, cursing out loud, clapping and reacting to the same thing in real time.

And it was SO. MUCH. FUN.

I honestly can't remember the last time I had that much fun at the movies. There was something almost healing about being part of a shared experience like that. A bunch of strangers, completely present, experiencing something together.

And the best part? The experience didn't end when the credits rolled.

A few people Fresh Tape Media started talking about the film, which quickly turned into an entire Slack channel dedicated to dissecting it. People have been sharing theories, podcasts, interviews, and wildly different interpretations of what we all just watched.

We all watched the same footage, but walked away with completely different ideas about who was telling the truth, who was manipulating whom, and what was actually happening.

And THAT is one of my favorite things about working at Fresh Tape.

I get to work with people who see the world completely differently than I do. People who notice things I missed, challenge my interpretations, and make me reconsider what I thought I knew.

And nobody's perspective is treated as less valuable than someone else's.

I think that's a huge part of what makes our work so good. We're not a room full of people who think alike. We're a room full of people who bring different experiences, opinions, and creative instincts to the table, and the work is better because of it.

As people who make things for a living, we spend so much time thinking about how to make an audience FEEL something.

And this movie reminded me just how powerful that can be.

Anyway, I loved the movie. I love my coworkers. And I apparently need more three-hour, phone-free experiences with strangers. 😂
