MITCH HEDBERG // Rhythms of Comedy: Ep. 2 **Link in bio**
.
This joke is a classic and it also swings! If Mitch Hedberg were a drummer he’d be a Jim Keltner or a Charlie Watts – a strange and unique time-feel that you can’t explain, it just works! And he never overplays.
.
Check out all the space he leaves between his lines, and how his different phrases each have distinct rhythms! Listen to how he builds to the final punchline.
.
.
“Escalator temporarily out of order” literally grooves.
