## Caption

Yesterday, Temple Football picked up its first win of the season against Utah State 45-29. Rutgers transfer Evan Simon, who started the year as the backup quarterback, has breathed new life into the Owls' offense. He finished with five passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown.

"[Simon is] exactly what we need right now," said head coach Stan Drayton.

Temple will look to make it back-to-back wins when they welcome Army to Lincoln Financial Field on Thursday.
