This must be what it looked like when Tom Petty was watching down from Heaven! 😇🙌

At the 2024 CMA Awards on Nov. 20, Dierks Bentley brought a memorable bluegrass twist to Tom Petty’s “American Girl”—and he didn’t do it alone. Joining him on stage were his talented friends Molly Tuttle, Sierra Hull, and Bronwyn Keith-Hynes. Their performance came near the end of the night, just before the highly anticipated announcement of the Entertainer of the Year. We can only imagine what the late Tom Petty was doing in Heaven when this performance was happening!
