I tested the storyboard-to-video workflow using GPT Image 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 inside Magic Hour. The goal was simple: build one detailed 10-panel storyboard, upload it as a visual reference, and animate all 10 shots in a single 15-second generation.

The workflow starts with two visual references: a character sheet that defines the main subject and a world sheet that controls the locations, props, secondary characters, lighting, and overall style. GPT Image 2.0 uses those references to create a numbered storyboard containing the camera angle, action, and timecode for every shot. That complete storyboard is then animated with Seedance 2.0.

For AI short films, concept trailers, social videos, animation tests, and previsualization, it can make production significantly faster.
