I created a ReelShort-style AI drama with consistent characters using Seedance 2.5 inside Magic Hour.

Create your own AI micro-drama with Magic Hour: https://magichour.ai/create/text-to-video

In this step-by-step tutorial, you’ll learn how to:

• Create a ReelShort-style vertical drama with AI
• Develop an addictive AI micro-drama concept
• Build conflict, secrets, power shifts, and cliffhangers
• Create consistent AI characters with four-view reference sheets
• Design reusable character, object, and location references
• Train visual references inside Magic Hour
• Preserve faces, clothing, props, and locations across scenes
• Generate five connected scenes in one 30-second video
• Create a cliffhanger that encourages viewers to watch episode two

I’ll also explain four essential rules for making a stronger AI drama: open with conflict, keep the visual world contained, make every line change the scene, and end by revealing new information.

This workflow is designed for AI vertical-drama creators, Facebook reel creators, TikTok creators, YouTube Shorts channels, and anyone who wants to produce cinematic AI stories with consistent characters.
