🚨The SPLC has joined a coalition of voting rights orgs in suing to defend #Louisiana residents' freedom to vote. 🔗 in bio to read our statement 🚨

If implemented, SB 436 would place unnecessary barriers to Louisianans' ability to register to vote and disproportionately harm voters of color, women, new voters, voters with past felony convictions and other historically disenfranchised communities.
