## Caption

Its not because her diagnosis is her identity, but in a weird way it is her community. Being loud about holoprosencephaly has given families hope. I get messages each year from all around the world (literally!) from people who have received the same diagnosis. Being able to give them a glimmer of hope and pray over them has been such a privilege I don’t take for granted!
