🎉🌟 Congratulations to Carlo on your well-deserved promotion to District Manager of our South Region! 🎊

Carlo’s incredible journey with Chi’Lantro began in 2010 on our very first food truck in Austin. 🚚 With his culinary background and passion for operations, he quickly climbed the ranks, from Lead to Kitchen Manager, and then General Manager of our Domain store

But Carlo’s journey didn’t stop there! He played a vital role in opening our Parmer and Brodie stores, proving his dedication and leadership.

Throughout the years, Carlo’s focus shifted from food and operations to nurturing his team. He became an inspiring mentor and motivator, always putting his people first.

We are incredibly proud of Carlo’s growth and contributions to Chi’Lantro, and we know he will continue to make a significant impact in the lives of our teams as he takes on this exciting new role. 🌟

Congratulations, Carlo! 🎉 We can’t wait to see all the incredible things you’ll achieve as a leader in Chi’Lantro!
