What does joy sound like to you? Maybe it’s the stillness of the forest, the wind on top of a mountain, or the laughter of loved ones. This winter, I’ve been spending a lot of time listening for joy. The hills really are alive with the sound of music. 

☀️ Every clip shown in this video was taken during a moment of silence and reflection. It’s tempting in this fast-paced social media world to only pay attention to the big moments. But when you put these small details together, they blend into a beautiful tale. 

If our ancestors never made time to listen to the birds or rivers, how different would our world be? And if our children are too distracted by screens to notice, what will our world become? We each owe it to ourselves to find magic in everyday moments.
