m_Royce Architecture was hired by the original owner, who grew up in Venice on the property in the 1950’s to design a high-end architectural home to be sold to an unknown future homeowner. The concept for the design is rooted in the tradition of L.A. indoor/outdoor modern living.⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
The new owners enlisted New York Reddymade to develop the design and details of their new home, customize it to their needs and construct it. Reddymade and m_Royce Architecture collaborated to resolve details and create the perfect home. The result is a seamless blend of interior and exterior that creates an oasis for the new owners.⁣⁣⁣⁣
