💤 Happy World Sleep Day! 💤⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I don't know about you, but this has been a bad sleep week for me (I think a teething baby *might* have something to do with it 🤣😭). After a poor night's sleep, there are a few things that I try and do to get me back on track ...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .
💥 I start the day with a warm shower to help wake me up. I apply a bit of our Gummy Cleanser before I hop in. By pressing and lifting the gummy cleanser against my skin, it helps to stimulate circulation and makes my face feel less tired. The blend also contains Eucalyptus oil which feels very uplifting, especially when it's intermingled with shower steam.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💥 Contrary to most advice I read, I do reach for a coffee or strong tea ... I have to get through the morning somehow, right!? I try and limit this to one or two and no caffeine after noon so that I can try and get to sleep earlier than normal that night.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💥 In the evening I love applying our Explorer Blend Facial Oil. It contains Lavender oil, which is very relaxing and helps to calm my senses before hopping into bed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💥 Sleeping in a dark room is a must! At home, our bedroom walls are painted a dark blue and we have very good light-blocking shutters, so it's a little sleep haven 😴. If I am travelling, I always take an eye mask just in case the room is a bit lighter, or if there are outside lights filtering through thin curtains. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
