Y’all, for hitting the gas too hard starting the year, this past week I’ve been down with my tri-annual sinus infection 🙈

Now feeling MUCH better, my recipe to a full recovery is a clean home, hydration and rest.

Y’all know a good playlist is a must💁🏾‍♂️

And after cleaning every nook and cranny of my home - and myself 😅🤭 - and sanitizing every surface touched, I made myself a teach from scratch:

• Muddled blue and blackberries
• Ginger + cinnamon
• Agave
• Hot water
• Et voilà 🪄

Oh, and that was a spider hiding under my laundry 🥲

Feliz Friday, y’all! Now, to get back to the rest I obviously missed out on and need to get back to - and y’all, the sound of this rain on my sunroom roof?! 🙌🏾🌧️ #DavidQuarlesIV | #ChooseJoy
