I love going out as much as the next person!

But during the week, especially on rainy autumn nights after work, staying in is the move🌧️

I recently had a chance about self care not equaling selfishness, and it’s something I’ll always champion. After all, how can you withdraw from an empty account?

So if you wanna stay in, spray your night fragrance (mine is Rose) light candles and incense and indulge in your favorite snacks and wine (I try to avoid alcohol during the week, so I consume frewines) then do so!

Love on you, so you can love others even better 💛

Feliz Friday, y’all! Whether tonight or this weekend, embody the vibe your soul needs to thrive 🫰🏾✨ #DavidQuarlesIV | #ChooseJoy
